Application dates & availability
Check AAUW’s current submission scheduleCycle / route: Current published 2027–28 award conditions
Use the current AAUW application schedule. The page includes 2027–28 fellowship-term conditions; a historic broad-field fellowship description should not override the current STEM criteria.
Documents to prepare
Follow the current application checklist for academic evidence, admission/enrolment, plans and supporting references. The classification of the degree, rather than the research topic alone, determines STEM eligibility.
How to apply
Apply through AAUW’s official system. Complete eligible applications receive independent panel review; selected applicants must complete acceptance requirements.
