At Konversa Global, we aim to make your learning and international education journey smooth, transparent and well organised. These Terms & Conditions explain the key terms applicable to our language-training, test-preparation, study-abroad, Germany/Ausbildung, work, hospitality and related services.

1. Enrolment & Payments

Your enrolment is confirmed once the required registration details and applicable payment or agreed first instalment have been received. Course, batch, schedule, duration and fee details will be communicated at the time of enrolment. Where instalments are agreed, payments should be made according to the communicated schedule. Outstanding payments may result in temporary suspension of classes or services until cleared.

2. Attendance & Participation

Students are expected to attend classes regularly, be punctual and inform the Konversa Global team when they are unable to attend. Missed classes do not reduce the course fee. Recordings, revision resources, make-up classes, breaks or extensions, where available, are provided subject to the applicable course and availability.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents, responding to requests on time and following the instructions applicable to their course or service. Students are also expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour towards trainers, staff and fellow students.

4. Study-Abroad & Placement Services

Depending on the service selected, Konversa Global may provide counselling, profile evaluation, university shortlisting, application support, documentation guidance, visa guidance, CV/SOP/LOR support, employer or opportunity identification, interview preparation and pre-departure assistance. The exact services provided will depend on the package or engagement selected.

Admission, visa, scholarship, examination, employment and Ausbildung decisions are made by universities, employers, government authorities and other third parties. Konversa Global does not guarantee any particular admission, visa, job, Ausbildung placement, salary or other outcome.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Refund eligibility depends on whether the relevant service has started or resources have already been provided.

• Language Courses: A refund may be considered only if the classes have not started and course materials, recordings, LMS access or other course resources have not been provided. Once classes have started or course resources have been provided, the course fee is nonrefundable.
• Study-Abroad, Germany/Ausbildung, Work & Hospitality Services: A refund may be considered only if the relevant process has not yet started. Once work has begun — including counselling, profile evaluation, document review, shortlisting, application preparation, employer communication, visa preparation or other work on the student's case — the applicable service fee is non-refundable.

Fees already paid to universities, examination bodies, government authorities or other third parties are non-refundable by Konversa Global once incurred.

In genuine exceptional circumstances, Konversa Global may, at its discretion, offer an alternative such as rescheduling, batch transfer or course/service credit. If Konversa Global cancels a course before it begins and cannot provide a suitable alternative, an appropriate transfer or refund option will be provided.

6. Course Materials & Content

Course materials, recordings, worksheets and other resources provided by Konversa Global are for the enrolled student's personal educational use. They may not be sold, publicly shared, redistributed or reproduced commercially without prior permission.

7. Changes & Exceptional Circumstances

Course schedules, trainers, batches or service processes may occasionally change due to operational, technical or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes and provide suitable alternatives where possible.

8. Policy Updates

Konversa Global may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
