To get your UK Student Visa, you must prove you have enough money to cover your tuition and living expenses. The UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requires you to show Maintenance Funds in your bank account for 28 consecutive days before applying.
You need to show funds for your first year's tuition plus living costs for 9 months. If studying in London, the living cost requirement is £1,529 per month (total £13,761). For universities outside London, it is £1,171 per month (total £10,539). We guide you on exactly how to maintain and present these funds to avoid visa rejection.
